For three years Gap had done little to improve the digital creative for their friends and family program, causing customer entry point confusion and low conversion.

SOLUTION

My team completely overhauled the UX, design, and data flow of the site and all email communications, making the user experience much smoother, quicker and easier to understand for employees and customers.

RESULTS

Enrollments increased by 78%, average daily sales orders spiked 140%, and $1.5 million was raised for charity, a peak.
